Melinda started at Copier Headquarters in August of 2012 as Agency Operations Manager, however, she has been working with Xerox since 1987. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, Melinda learned the ins and outs of the Xerox systems, which she still utilizes today. Her tenure at Xerox ended in a position as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Melinda believes that Copier Headquarter’s boutique level of service comes from getting a live person on the phone who wants to provide great customer service. As Agency Operations Manager, Melinda handles all issues with Xerox directly, helps dispatch service calls through Xerox, and connects with customers with her contagious laugh. Her attitude and hard work were recognized when she received the first President’s Award for her work during the 4th quarter of 2013.

In her free time, Melinda and her family are often camping, boating and water skiing. She loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
