One of the first people you will talk to when calling in, Milana exemplifies our company’s mission and priciples.

“A boutique level of service to me means a one on one, genuine and close relationship experience. A feeling that when you and the company meet, whether via the phone, email or face to face – there is a deeper relationship than just the business. There is a genuine care and concern that our customer is taken well care of as if they are our one and only customer or a relative. A boutique level of service is making sure our customers’ needs and even some wants, if appropriate, are met without the customer feeling like they’re trying to pull teeth.”

Milana is also in the process of getting a degree in Business Management and Marketing. Her hobbies outside of work are Horseback riding, attending concerts, spending quality time with family and socializing with longtime friends. She has a deep love for music and the entertainment industry and is an evolving Disc Jockey – stay tuned for posts that feature her workday music recommendations!
