Steve came to install our new copy machine. I am the only one of four attorneys that uses an Apple computer. He was confident, professional and efficient in connecting all of us to the new system. Steve also taught us all how to use the new machine, scan documents and print directly from our individual computers. He never lost patience and maintained a very kind, helpful attitude throughout the entire process. Steve provided me and the rest of the staff in our office with a great experience. Tracy Ayres and Errol Noel have been such a great team to work with. Our hotel holds a lease with Xerox for two machines and was considering moving to a print solution with Xerox. Tracy and Errol did a wonderful job providing me with all of the technical information, cost analysis and very transparent cost savings the hotel would incur on several occassions.
